The spacious lounge and accessible lobby made it easy for me to navigate around the hotel. The natural light pouring in brightened the place, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reminded me of a cozy seaside café.

A kettle in the room would be lovely.

    friendly staff
    comfortable beds
    tiny rooms
    limited breakfast

Though the hotel is basic with tiny rooms, it served our needs during a short trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, but noise from the halls was disruptive. Breakfast was limited, and improvements are needed for cleanliness in the rooms. Overall, a decent stay, but don’t expect luxury.

The room on the 7th floor was clean and newly renovated. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day.

The small room was surprisingly clean and comfortable, but the lack of coffee facilities was disappointing. The staff appeared overwhelmed but tried their best to assist.

The early breakfast starting at 3 am was a lifesaver for our early tours, and the lake-facing room provided stunning views. However, the room was quite compact and lacked basic amenities like a kettle.

    Comfortable Stay with Convenient Amenities!

Our stay was marked by friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere. The location offered easy access to local cafés and a grocery store, ideal for quick snacks. I loved the continental breakfast, particularly the fresh oatmeal! Pro tip, request a Superior room for extra space.

    tea coffee facilities

This was a fitting option for a hurried visit in Reykjavik with fantastic value for money. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were replenished every day, which was a nice touch. Make sure to check dining options nearby before it gets late.

    clean room

    good breakfast
    small room
    limited breakfast selection

The stay was decent, especially for a quick pre-cruise stop. The room was small but spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a night. The staff was very accommodating, with a standout service from a receptionist who efficiently arranged our transportation. Breakfast was satisfactory, although a wider selection would have been appreciated.

would definitely recommend for exploring town

Comfortable hotel, convenient location, I appreciated the ample breakfast options including meats, cheeses, and pancakes that helped fuel my adventures, and the easy walking distance to local restaurants and shops made it a breeze to explore the area.

    No issues.

My room was super cozy, and the bed was really comfy—definitely a surprise! The bathroom was clean, and I had a great view of the water and mountains. Just the right size for all I needed, though I wished for a kettle. Not much in terms of luxury, but if you’re just crashing there, it works!
